A Glimpse Into Who I am and My Approach
With over two decades of experience in early childhood education, I've had the privilege of working with children, teachers, and leaders in various capacities. My journey began in the classroom, where I spent years as an early childhood teacher, and it continued through roles as a director and instructional coach. This on-the-ground experience has given me a unique perspective, rooted in the everyday realities of early childhood spaces.
My approach is relationship-based. I believe that meaningful change and growth happen through genuine connection and collaboration. I don't offer one-size-fits-all solutions; instead, I work alongside you to understand your specific challenges and goals. My goal is to empower you with the tools and confidence to create lasting positive change.
I've dedicated my career to this field, earning both a bachelor's and a master's degree in Early Childhood Education. My academic background, combined with my extensive practical experience, allows me to bridge the gap between educational theory and real-world application.
